Holi Rangotsav 2016

March 29, 2016

Currently the most happening event in Bangkok

First and foremost, this event has been categorised as the "most trending" in all the newspapers. After 27th of March, the public could not stop praising about how they were entertained at the event. Approximately, more than 7000 people had attended at this festive season. The football field of Thammasat University (Tha Prachan Campus) seemed to be glittered with coloured powder and water. The colours there signified happiness and brotherhood between among the people.

Here we got to see the patient photographers, companionable guests, cooperative food stall owners and the lively DJ. Plus, they even had Mr. Rajkumar as the Junior Amitabh Bachchan, whose entry was very dynamic. His presence made everyone feel even more "full of life" and added a spark to the event. He presented his talent through the renowned song, "Rang barse bheege".

By the time the clock struck twelve, the event was in full swing. Since I had the habit of predicting people's personality, I could tell that they all seemed to be the happy-go-lucky type of people, as their faces were lit up throughout. No clue of exhaustion or tiredness. No one was conscious about the colour as they had used "organic colour" which was much safer, especially for children.

In short, this event had a vast amount of food as well,  which was appealing. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks for bringing improvements every year to these events. I really think that the VHP has done an outstanding job and hope they continue to celebrate it joyously, as these events mainly bring positivity into one's life.
